In line with Edinburgh Council’s Tourist Tax (Transient Visitor Levy), a 5% charge per night (applicable for up to 5 nights) will be added to your booking after confirmation. This levy is payable separately, this may on occasion be settled in advance direct with accommodation, with us or at check-in dependant on each accommodation. Payment details will be sent in a separate email.
Payment Information
All remaining balances must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your stay. Failure to make payment by this deadline constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in cancellation of your booking, which we are, of course, keen to avoid.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are subject to approval and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
For teams/groups attending the Edinburgh International Cup, payments are typically made in three instalments:
20% deposit at the time of booking
30% by 28th February
Final balance no later than 23rd May
Failure to meet the agreed payment schedule, or to make alternative arrangements in advance, may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
