Our Edinburgh Festival Glamping offers one of the most sought-after and cost-effective accommodation options for anyone visiting the city during the Festival Fringe, a Sporting event, Music Performances by your favourite artist, or simply enjoying a relaxing weekend away.
Our spacious 5-metre (16.5ft) Bell Tents provide a cosy and comfortable retreat, standing just under 10ft at their highest point. Perfect for families or groups of friends, each tent can accommodate up to four guests in real beds with bedding included – so there’s no need to bring a sleeping bag unless you prefer to.
For those seeking an extra touch of comfort, we also offer a limited number of our exclusive Thistle Yurts. Designed for two guests, each yurt features a double bed, comfortable sofa, mirror, and mini fridge, creating a warm and inviting space for a relaxing and memorable festival stay.

If you’re booking within 6 weeks of arrival, your stay will need to be paid in full at the time of booking (subject to availability and approval).
For teams attending the Edinburgh International Cup, we typically offer:
25% deposit to secure your space
Final balance due by 23rd May (flexible extensions can be arranged if needed)
We always aim to work with teams where possible—just get in touch early if you need to discuss payment options.
Cleaning & Security Deposit
A £50 refundable cleaning/security deposit per tent is taken at check-in.
This is returned within 7–14 days after check-out, provided the tent is left in good condition—simple and straightforward.
*TVL - the City of Edinburgh Council have introduced a new Transient Visitor Levy (TVL) of 5% (+20% VAT) on the first 5 nights stay; which is applicable to all bookings from 24 July 2026. 4 weeks prior to your stay, we will send out a payment link with any TVL fee,

Yes, we offer free parking for our guests. Please note a charge per vehicle will be required at check-in.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided within the marquee area for guests.
Are there any dining options within the accommodation?

What amenities are included at the acommodation?
On-site, we have toilets, showers, electrical charging stations, firepit and drinking water tap available.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 10 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
