Our Unfurnished bell tents are perfect for larger groups who want to bring their own furnishings, beds and bedding/sleeping bags. This is our basic empty tent with groundsheet and nothing else. Breakfast is NOT included in the price. Breakfast can be purchased up to 14 days before check in. Free parking is available onsite in the main car park. Payment Information All remaining balances must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your stay. Failure to make payment by this deadline constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in cancellation of your booking, which we are, of course, keen to avoid. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are subject to approval and must be paid in full at the time of booking. For teams/groups attending the Edinburgh International Cup, payments are typically made in three instalments: 20% deposit at the time of booking 30% by 28th February Final balance no later than 23rd May Failure to meet the agreed payment schedule, or to make alternative arrangements in advance, may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. Cleaning/Security Fee A £50 cleaning/security fee per tent is required at check-in. This will be refunded within 7–14 days after check-out, subject to the condition of the tent.
