Our Edinburgh Festival Glamping offers one of the most sought-after and cost-effective accommodation options for anyone visiting the city during the Festival Fringe, The Edinburgh International Cup, or simply enjoying a relaxing weekend away.
Nestled within the beautiful walled garden on our site, which is perfectly placed – just a short 10-minute journey by public transport from the city centre. It’s close enough for easy access to the action, yet far enough to escape the hustle and bustle when you need a little peace.
Our spacious 5-metre (16.5ft) Bell Tents provide a cosy and comfortable retreat, standing just under 10ft at their peak. Each tent is ideal for families or groups of friends, sleeping up to four guests in real beds with bedding included – no need to pack a sleeping bag unless you’d like to.
On-site, you’ll enjoy the convenience of clean shower rooms, toilets, and charging points. Guests also gain access to our charming “secret garden,” a tranquil space perfect for a BBQ, morning yoga, or unwinding beside the fire pit while someone strums an acoustic guitar—a moment that seems to happen naturally here.

Each bell tent is equipped with four beds, bedding, and pillows. Additional beds can be provided on request. Breakfast is included in the price and consists of a buffet and continental selection.
Free parking is available onsite in the main car park.
Payment Information
All remaining payments are due no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay.
Failure to make payment by this deadline constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in cancellation of your booking, which we are keen to avoid.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are subject to approval and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cleaning/Security Fee
A £50 cleaning/security fee per tent is required at check-in. This will be refunded within 7–14 days after check-out, subject to the condition of the tent.
