Our Edinburgh Festival Glamping offers one of the most sought-after and cost-effective accommodation options for anyone visiting the city during the Festival Fringe, The Edinburgh International Cup, or simply enjoying a relaxing weekend away.
Nestled within the beautiful walled garden on our site, which is perfectly placed – just a short 10-minute journey by public transport from the city centre. It’s close enough for easy access to the action, yet far enough to escape the hustle and bustle when you need a little peace.
Our spacious 5-metre (16.5ft) Bell Tents provide a cosy and comfortable retreat, standing just under 10ft at their peak. Each tent is ideal for families or groups of friends, sleeping up to four guests in real beds with bedding included – no need to pack a sleeping bag unless you’d like to.
On-site, you’ll enjoy the convenience of clean shower rooms, toilets, and charging points. Guests also gain access to our charming “secret garden,” a tranquil space perfect for a BBQ, morning yoga, or unwinding beside the fire pit while someone strums an acoustic guitar—a moment that seems to happen naturally here.

For teams attending the Edinburgh International Cup, we typically offer:
25% deposit to secure your space
Final balance due by 23rd May (flexible extensions can be arranged if needed)
We always aim to work with teams where possible—just get in touch early if you need to discuss payment options.
Cleaning & Security Deposit
A £50 refundable cleaning/security deposit per tent is taken at check-in.
This is returned within 7–14 days after check-out, provided the tent is left in good condition—simple and straightforward.
