Fort Kinnaird shopping centre, just a 15-minute walk away, offers a variety of high-street shops, restaurants, and a cinema. A large Asda superstore is also within a 10-minute walk.

The nearby areas of Portobello and Musselburgh are within easy walking distance, featuring lively high streets, coastal access, and a range of clubs and social activities open to all.
